Raw Wild Rice Pilaf

Who said you cant eat raw during the Autumn months ? Well yes you can ! Here is a quick recipe you can make during the colder months to  warm you heart .



Prep time : 1 day

1 cup ~Raw Wild Rice

2 ~ Chopped Carrots

1 ~Celery Stalk

2 table spoon ~Onion powder

1 table spoon~ Olive oil

3  teaspoons~ Lemon juice

2 tablespoons ~Gluten -Free Soy Sauce

1/2 cup ~Organic crunchy sprouts

organic parsley for garnish




1 . Pour wild rice into container with cold filtered water .  Soak wild rice  over night

2.check rice in the morning make sure it is soft and edible . Set rice aside

3. Cut carrots and celery into chunks

4. drain wild rice , until dry

5. Put wild rice in a bowl with carrots and celery .mix ingredients

6. Mix the rice vegetable mix with lemon juice, soy sauce and onion powder

7. Cut and add  Parsley to finish off the dish .

8. enjoy ! you can pair rice with , kale salad or romaine lettuce
